Need #1: Participation
- Lack of responses from indecision & unenthusiasm.
- People don't know what to suggest.
**Those who don’t usually speak up in groupchats are more inclined to "react" to the message or vote in polls.
**People are more likely to RSVP “yes” when plans have more details, seem official/concrete, and are hYPED UP!

Need #2: Finding something to do
- Finances, plannning around others' budgets.
- Not wanting to spend money going out all the time, nor on buying cool shit.
- Staying in and doing the same stuff gets boring.
**People prefer choosing from options over coming up with their own ideas (and maybe being rejected).
Need #3: Organization
- Groupchats easily get off-topic
- Hard to keep track of information (who wants what, place/time).
- Keeping everyone informed on the plan.
- "Wait, so what are we doing?"
- Process can easily get complex and overwhelming, which makes planning stressful.
